What sort of snacks do you bring to your shifts? What do you find gives you the most bang for your buck (i.e., the most energy (and ideally least calories, or at least healthy) but also easy to grab/prepare)?
I like to make celery or apple slices with peanut butter the night before and grab that before I leave.
So how about you?
Nope! Although I do get a little uppity if I’m not able to get it for whatever reason lol
